Conklin Home Inspections believes in fair and transparent pricing.  We also provide same-day reports in most circumstances.

  • We don't charge cancellation fees. 

  • We don't typically charge to come back out and make sure areas of concern were addressed as long as we're already in the area. Special trips are charged at $50/hr.

Radon Tests:

Passive Test | $125
I use a Corentium Pro Radon tester. Tests run for 48 hours and results are immediately available on my smartphone. Results are emailed to the client.

Loan Package (FHA, VA, HUD) | $100
