Conklin Home Inspections believes in fair and transparent pricing. We also provide same-day reports in most circumstances.

We primarily provide home inspections to the Flathead County, including: Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Lakeside, and Bigfork. We may travel outside of those areas, but it depends on availability.

Service Area
We primarily stay in the Flathead Valley.
We may travel outside that area for a fee and depending on availability.
Water Testing
All of our water tests are completed by Montana Environmental Lab.
It is Flathead County's ONLY certified water lab.
Utilizing certified professionals is a core value for us.

Tests run for 48 hours and results are immediately available.
Results are emailed to the client. We use Corentium Pro machines which are calibrated yearly. Crosschecks are performed every 10 tests.
Mold Testing
We do not currently offer mold testing
During the inspection we will make note of any areas with the appearance of microbial growth, or conditions conducive to microbial growth. Mold testing is specialized so we'd rather refer you to a state certified company. In the event we discover microbial growth during the inspection, the seller will typically pay the cost of testing (typically $300-$500)
