One of my passions outside of inspecting homes is to partner with ELD (Entrepreneurial Leadership Development). This organization goes into developing nations with the goal of helping to facilitate the starting of small businesses and breaking the cycle of poverty. As a company we help provide funds for micro loans. Individually, I occasionally have the privilege of traveling with ELD as a communicator and teaching online.

As an organization ELD has a unique strategy that fosters development within the country and eliminates dependence on outside resources, which I love!
