I grew up in the Flathead Valley. After graduating from Flathead High, I attended college in the Seattle area where I met my wife. In 2018 we returned to the Valley to raise our kids.

As a home inspector, my goal is to give you an absolutely unbiased inspection. When a client is searching for the right house, they are looking at the character and layout of the home and how it will fit their lifestyle. As an inspector, I come in to see the functionality of the systems of the home, its construction, and its flaws. Whether I've been hired by the buyer or seller, my job is the same - to paint an accurate picture of the home.

We offer easy online scheduling and payment, as well as electronic reports. As soon as you submit your inspection report, I will contact the listing agent to confirm the date. You'll receive a short contract and an invoice.

 As a client, you're welcome to be at the inspections and ask any questions you have. If you have particular concerns with a home, let me know and I'll spend extra time during the inspection addressing those concerns.

My reports are detailed and will include pictures and comments of items that are correct, small issues, and larger defects.  I'll attempt to spend time on your roof, walking the outside of the home, inspecting the interior and its systems including electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, and finishing with the attic and crawl space. Your report will include a ton of pictures and some video.

Home Gauge software will allow you to create a Request List that you can include in your negotiations, or as a to-do list after the home has closed.

Reports are typically completed between 8-10pm the day of the inspection.
